1. Design & Engineering

After received clients' drawing, our engineer team using advanced CAD software, we create 3D models to visualize designs, while engineers refine them for stability, light performance and sustainability, ensuring digital prototyping eliminates waste and ensures quality.

2. Raw Material Selection

We select superior materials—corrosion-resistant metals, high-transmittance glass, acrylics and high-quality traditional light sources—all tested for performance and safety.

3. Sample Testing

We will make one sample before make production, then make test according to client requirement. Also will test the package.

4. Electrical Assembly & Wiring

Skilled workers assemble and wire components per international safety standards (CCC, CE, UL), using lead-free soldering and high-quality insulation. Wiring specifications and grounding protection ensure safety, with IPQC monitoring every step to maintain quality.

5. Quality Control & Testing

Every product undergoes comprehensive tests: electrical safety, optical performance (bulb must light), durability (72+ hour aging tests) and visual/structural inspection. We implement first-piece inspection and a full quality traceability system, with third-party certification verification.

6. Packaging & Delivery

Qualified products are packaged in eco-friendly, inside polyfoam to prevent damage. Packaging includes installation guides and warranty info, with reliable logistics and intelligent inventory management ensuring on-time.
